Powerball Jackpot Hits a Staggering $375 Million

The top prize has not been this large since February, when it reached $435.5 million and was won by a lucky ticket holder from Indiana, who became the first jackpot winner of 2017. The last person to claim the top tier prize was an anonymous ticket holder from Arizona, who hit the big time on April Fool’s Day. The jackpot was worth $60 million, with a cash value of $36.4 million.

 Although, there were no jackpot winners in last Saturday’s drawing, there were three Match 5 winners from Florida, New York, and Ohio, each pocketing $1 million. There was also one Match 5 winning Power Play ticket holder from Florida, who banked $2 million.
